The Limburg industrialist Jos Vaessen, the founder of the Vasco radiator company that is part of The Heating Company, took over The Heating Company from the American multinational Masco Corporation on 30 April 2008.
Masco, a major world player in the construction sector, had decided to sell The Heating Company, its sole heating group, to focus more on strengthening and expanding its core activities.
The Heating Company comprises the following radiator brands:

• Vasco

The head office of The Heating Company is situated in Dilsen, Belgium. The production sites are located in Tubbergen (Netherlands), Zedelgem (Belgium), Dilsen (Belgium) and Legnica (Poland).
